You may spot a number of wild animals such as Sambar, Himalayan Black Bear, Goral, Red Deer, Indian Hare, Barking Deer, Common Langur and Leopard. Sidh Baba Ka Mandir is a famous tourist spot in Chail. According to the popular legends, Maharaja Bhupinder Singh once had a dream or vision, in which a saint emerged and told him that that place belonged to Him and was His meditation ground. Post vision, the king built a temple here, which is today a pious place for devotees and visitors.

Cricket Ground

The Cricket Ground of Chail is another famous tourist attraction in the region. The reason behind this is that this cricket ground is much admired to be having the highest cricket pitch in the world. Located at an altitude of 2, 144 meters above the sea lever, it was built in the year 1893. The cricket ground is encircled by wonderful, soaring deodar trees.
